By creating an account or using Credraft, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Credraft provides tools for researching publicly available professional information, reviewing evidence, organizing career information, and creating editable CV documents. Features may change as the product develops.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication provider, protecting your account, and ensuring that information submitted through your account is authorized and accurate. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Search and AI-generated results may be incomplete, outdated, incorrectly associated, or inaccurate. Sources and confidence indicators support review but do not guarantee truth. You must verify every finding before relying on it.

• Do not use Credraft to investigate another person without authorization.
• Do not treat generated content as legal, immigration, financial, hiring, or professional advice.
• Do not submit a CV containing claims you cannot support.

You retain responsibility for and any rights you hold in the content you provide or create. You grant Credraft the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and export that content solely to operate the service.

You may not misuse Credraft, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe private systems, automate abusive requests, upload malicious content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activity.

Credraft may depend on authentication, hosting, database, search, AI, and external website providers. We do not control third-party content, availability, accuracy, or policies. Following an external link or using an integrated provider may subject you to separate terms.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Credraft and its original software, branding, interface, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Credraft’s technology or trademarks to you.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Credraft does not guarantee that research results are complete or accurate, that a CV will pass a particular applicant tracking system, or that use of the service will produce employment or hiring outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Credraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, data, or reputation resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

You may stop using Credraft at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a serious terms violation, security risk, unlawful use, or legal requirement.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date will identify the latest version. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms.
